Custody
If a parents have shared parenting agreement and one parent has been convicted contempt of court, for violations against the shared parenting agreement, how much would that help the pursuing parent in their case in attempting to obtaining full custody?

You must show a substantial change in circumstances, and that such changes are not in the children's best interests. Generally, loss of custody for multiple contempts is an extreme measure, and does not often happen.
