Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
custody
I recently settle my divorce and now my ex is changing not following through with court ordered visitation\custody. We have an actual shared parenting agreement. I would like file against her for this but don't want to have to hire an attorney everytime. I have no doubt this will happen on several occasions. How can I handle filing something against her? The goal would be to find her legally in contempt of our agreement and someday be able to change our custody rights using these situations as evidence. Thanks Mike

Re: custody
Often the courts have forms for this. Check with the court that handled your case.
