custody

i signed and had a paper notarized saying a lady could have temporary guardianship of my 9 month old baby untill i got in a home of my own and we did not go to court or nothing but i need to know if i gave her custody or any of my rights up

No, legally you didn,t give up any custody rights. Parental rights and responsibilities can only be altered by court order.
