Is there an age in the state of Ohio, cuyahoga county, in which a child has the right to chose who he wishes to live with and can said child refuse visitation with the non custodial parent ?

There is no age of election in Ohio, but the older the child is, the more the court will heed his or her desires. Courts are reluctant to cut off all contact, but in some cases they will. Simply put, at some point you cannot get your child to go to visitation based on the size of the child. Therefore, at some point, your ex has to stop blaming you.
