I just wanted to know as a grandmother what right I may have to my grandchildren if I feel that my daughter and boyfriend are neglecting them and possible abuse from the boyfriend on one of the children

You can report this situation to children's protective services in your county for an investigation. You might ask your daughter to give you a kinship power of attorney to care for the grandchildren for a time. Before doing this, it is recommended that you research what it would mean.
