Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I have a 12 year ols stepdaughter at my home now. She is crying saying she does not want to return to her mothers house. Her mom is calling saying bring her home now. The mother is unfit. She has a severe drug problem. We have contacted children services in the past and they say they suspect tht but they cannot prove it because the system is so backed up that she gets several days warning before they give her a drug test. What can I do? Do I hav to return this child?

Sounds as though you will have to file a restraining order against mom. This means working through the court system rather than the agency system, and most likely hiring an attorney to help you.
