Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
custody/child support
I got my ex pregnant, and she wanted me to sign my rights up, but I wont. I want to know what i can do to get to have visitation rights at least every weekend or every other weekend. I'll be a fulltime student and working. Any advise of what all I should do would help.

You will need to file a complaint for visitation rights with the court. This can be a complicated process and I highly urge you to get an attorney to represent you through this. He or she will be able to take care of everything and it is a lot less stressful than doing it yourself.
