Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

my dad is getting his bipolar depression dissability check back and childsupport is trying to take it without giving a paternity test there is no proof that i am the father the boy is denying to take a test i paid for it and went and did mine and he denyed taking it the childsupport agency and the judge will not make him take the test they just want me in jail or all of money can they take all of my only income coming in
