Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
Help Me Please!!!
I have been trying to get my daughter for shared parenting my ex has done everything, but move away, to make this very difficult not onlt for me but our daughter as well. I am my own lawyer do to the fact that I do nothave the large amount of funds to get an attorny, and make to much for legal aide. I recieved a document from my ex's attorny stating that they are asking for a Request for Production of Documents and I they aren't even stamped by the judge or anything. They are basically wanting my whole life history and I don't understand the relivance when all I want is for me, my family and Kaylee to spend equal amount of time as her mother and her family Help me Please

The documents your received are for discovery. They do no come from the court but from the opposing attorney and you must respond to them. However a word of caution you should seek the advice of counsel before responding. If you need further assistance please contact me.
