Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I have two daughters whom I pay child support on and I am remarried with two minor step children. I pay 6 weeks through the year of child care for my two daughters that is not calculated in my current support order and I also have them more than what is stated in my current custody papers. My wife receives no child support and recently my step childrens fatther died. We are now the soul financial support for my step children.\n\n How does all this affect my current support order, if at all. Can my current support order be reduced?

You would need to file this action with the court. It sounds as if you could get it reduced due to your circumstances.

I would love to assist you with getting your child support reduced. Feel free to contact me free of charge at [email protected] or [email protected].

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks and have a great day.
