Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Dear sir/ma'am,

I am 15 years old and about 6 months pregnant. My boyfriend, the father of my baby, is 18 years old. We are 3 years, 5 months and some odd amount of days seperate in age.

My mom does not wish to press charges on him. They get along great and she knows he's going to stick around. On the other-hand, her husband(not my birth father, or adopted father) seems to want to press charges on my boyfriend.

My question is, can he press charges on my boyfriend? And, what will happen if he can?
