Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Dear sir/ma'am,

I am 15 years old and about 6 months pregnant. My boyfriend, the father of my baby, is 18 years old. We are 3 years, 5 months and some odd amount of days seperate in age.

My mom does NOT want to press charges. She refuses too. Her husband, on the other hand, has an ongoing threat of doing it. He is not my birth father and he never adopted me.

My question is, can he press charges on my boyfriend since he's of no relation to me?

He might inform the police but the decision to pursue it would be up to the police. If you are unwilling to testify then they are unlikely to have much of a case.
