Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

at my death

I don't know how to go about setting this up, my wife won't discuss with me, but @ my death, I don't want a funeral, all I want is my wife and family to say goodbye to me, then cremated with a few hrs, then have my ashes put at foot of wifes coffin at her death and both of us buried together. How do i go about making sure my wishes get cared out?

Re: at my death

You can have written funeral instructins signed and notarized, and copies given to the people who would most likely honor your wishes, include the funeral service that would cremate your ashes.
