death of spouse
I've been separated from my spouse for 2 years but we were still married. He recently passed away. What questions should I be asking the executor of the estate (not me)?
Can I get a copy of the will?

Was this a legal separation? If not, as his wife, you are a beneficiary. Once the will is filed with the court, you can read it. If you know there is a will that is not getting probated, you can filed a motion to produce the will. Or, if this is feasble, ask the likely person to be the executor.
