What is defined as bigamy
If divorce papers are filed, but a final hearing has not happened and you marry 3 weeks before that final hearing, is this bigamy and if so, what is the punishment for this?

i can't beleive you are asking this question. Of course the second marriage is invalid and a sham. The first marriage is not over until the Court says so. Therefore, this person is a bigamist.
