Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

dismissal of fathers rights

I have not seen or heared from my two son`s in the state of ohio. But i still pay child support. I do not have alot of money left over to try to hire a lawyer. I need help since i do not see them can i give up my rights and not have to pay child support any more??

No, the only way to terminate parential rights is if the child is adopted by someone else or the child turns 18, gets married or goes into the military.
