Disslution of Marriage - Attending the final hearing
In a dissolution of marriage do both petitioners have to attend the final hearing? We already have a final hearing date. My wife can not go because she'll be on vacations. We both have already signed a waiver for a service a summun and we are not sure if the presence of only one of the petitioners is enough during the final hearing.

Best to have it continued to a time when both can be present. Ed DiCato
