Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Dissolution

An agreement was signed stating she would recieve 54,000 and the belongings were written out in agreement who would get what. She has been paid but she is taking things that were not hers to take. I changed the locks on the house so I would have to be there to see what she takes. Can she be arrested for breaking a window to get in? Can I be arrested for doing this? The bad thing about it is that we both have the same attorney and I think he is working more for her. I was told if I talked to anyone else, the agreement would be over. Please help me. We have been married less than 10 years and she has had me refinance our home to pay her. We never had joint accounts. Her money was hers and mine was mine. She is taking things that belonged to me before we ever got married. I thought what you had before marriage stayed yours. This woman is very materialistic. Always buying things, but only for her. If you could please respond as soon as possible I'd really appreciate it.

Re: Dissolution

Get your own lawyer to review the situation. It is very difficult to play "arm chair quarterback" and say that you are being treated fairly. If you are uncomfoprtable, get your own lawyer.
