Please advice me when a Marriage ends after 11 months/no Property/Children/Pension/etc.
Both did sign a lease for a Store/Deli before ending the Marriage. Will I have any problem removing my name from the Deli?

You have to take into consideration all of hte obligations involved with the business, and who signed for what. The divorce decree should have a "hold harmless" clause to compensate you from the other party if you are found liable.
