Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Tell me....

I am going through a divorce, and I have one child. Custody is not a problem, as I have full custody...he's not fighting it. Can I move out of state for a new job with all this going on?

Not without notification to the court which shows agreement on the part of the non-custodial spouse.
