divorce and child support

My husband is filing for divorce. We want joint custody of our 6, 4 , and 3 yr old. He makes at least $40,000.00 more than me. How do we do the child support?

There are statutory child support guidelines that must be followed. Once your assets, income, and child custody arrangement are determined, the child support can then be computed according to the guidelines.
