Divorce Child visition

My son is in the process of a divorce she took there son and left to move in with her mother and now she will not let my son or us his grandparents to see him. What are his rights as the father? Also in is in the process of filing Bankruptcy and cannot afford a lawyer, can you please help us

The court has forms that parties can use when they wish to represent themselves including forms for temporary restraining orders and filing as indigents. I suggest your son take a look at those forms or going calling domestic relations court asking about those forms.
