Can I remove my name from a loan and transfer it to my wife's name as a part of the dissolution agreement?

If you both signed off in the separation agreement to do this, the court has no problem. However, the lender needs to approve your wife's assumption of the loan. The court has no jurisdiction over consumer lending rules and regulations.
