divorce or dissolution

married in Michigan 1986,lived in Ontario Cananda for 20 plus, husband left 11/17/2006, I have moved to Ohio.05/01/07. do I have to file legal seperation, no assets, no kids, we divided everything up,uncontested,he did cheat,we both agree on divorce, where and when can I start a divorce or dissolution?

To file for divorce in Ohio, one needs to be a resident for at least six months.
