I have been divorced for over a year. In the divorce I gave up all right to the house, but my ex was supposed to refinance immediately. He has not done this and my name is still on the mortgage. he now has the house for sale. Am I entitled to what he gets form the house after selling it or not. Since he is in default of the deivorce agreement.

You might need a court order enforcing the divorce settlement from the proceeds of the sale of the house if this was not detailed out in the settlement agreement.
