My husband has been having an affair for quite sometime. I was wondering if I kick him out or he leaves do I need to keep his medical insurance since it is through my employer or can I cancel it before I file divorce papers?

Between spouses, medical insurance is usually negotiated until the divorce is finalized. You may want to consult with an attorney. Your husband may have something you want or need.
