Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I want a divorce. My husband won't leave. I am currently paying all the bills. What is the fastest way to get him out of the house legally. I want a divorce but I know that this is going to drag on forever, but I want him out now! The house is in both of our names plus we own a second home in which we rent out.

You can have him removed within a few weeks of filing the divorce at the tempotrary order hearing. There are other things you may be entitled to also at that time.
