Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Divorce , inheritance, and mortgage

I have received a large inheritance from my mother. My husbnad and I are in the process of buying a house, and plan to use my inheritance as a down payment. Should we ever get divorced, is there a way to legally protect MY investment? Thank you
