Divorce during pregnancy

Can my husband divorce me when I am 5 months pregnant with our first child? Also, he is claiming that I was unfaithful during our marriage which is absolutely not true. Will he be able to site adultery as the grounds without proof that it occurred?

He must prove his grounds to get a divorce, although if he's smart, he will allege grounds in addition to adultery like extreme cruelty or gross neglect of duty. Child support and custody cannot be determined until the child's birth.
