Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Divorce while pregnant.

I've been seperated from my husband for 7 months and planning to file for a dissolutionment. In the time we have been seperated I have met someone else and I've become pregnant. I was told Ohio law will not allow us to have the dissolution due to the pregnancy, even though it is not my husbands baby. Is this true, and is there anyway to get a dissolution while pregnant?

I am not sure about the ability to get a dissolution in your case. However. if your husband would agree, a divorce could be filed and then go uncontested. The resulting legal costs are not a whole lot more. Feel free to contact me if you wish. Best Regards, Edward Dicato
