Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
divorce
I have been separated from my wife for years and have no idea where she is. I want to see if we are still legally married and if so get a divorce. How do I go about this?

Re: divorce
If you haven't been served divorce papers, and haven't done so yourself, you're still married. You can get constructive service via last known address, warning order attorney, or through the newspaper and get your divorce even if you don't know where she is. Get an attorney in your area to get working on it. Good luck.
