what do i do

in my divorce settlement my x and i agreed to sell our house ask for 145k take no less than 135k whoever lives in the house would pay for everything until the house would be sold she has let the house go ino forcloser this is after she said that if i didnt sign the house over to her she was going to let them forclose on it. she then offered me 5k and my belongings to sign the house over to her, i accepted and now she is refussing. she still lives in the house and is several months late on the payment what can i do?

You can file a Motion to Show Cause against her in Domestic Court to have the court sanction her for letting the house go into foreclosure. If you do rescue the property, you should be able to get credit for those amounts you paid when the house is finally sold.
