divorce

my son has been incarcated for eight,been married for 8 years and one month,his wife has moved on and started a new family. what would be the cheapest way for him to get a divorce?

well, first off, he has to file for divorce and have representation to prepare the complaint and decree. assuming she will not fight the divorce, it is a pretty simple process.

He can file for divorce, and it may be uncontested. He can touch base with her for the two of them to file for a dissolution. A dissolution is even quicker. If there are children involved, the process is more complicated. If he will try to do this on his own, the court has forms for this. Or he can consult an attorney for smoother going.
