can i sue my ex-wife counselor over his unfullfilled agreement re:401k distributions?my fund was worth 625000.00 the day we all agreed that she would get 325000.00 provided her atty filed papers within 5 days.he waited and now only 300000.00 is in the fund but i still owe her 325.the fund was dropping and he agreed in front of my atty and i that it would be done within 5 days.it wasnt HELP,Dan
