Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

divorce tuition for adult ''child''

My husband was ordered to pay for 4 years of college for his 3 children.

The 2 girls were paid for...the son decided not to go to college. He is now 27 and married. He demands for full tuition from his father (whom he has not not spoken with in 15+ years). Are we obligated after all this time and his age now?

That would probably have to be decided in court, if he decides to push for it. I would say there is a good chance you would not have to pay now. If you are in or around Summit County, feel free to call for a free initial nand price quote.

It depends upon the terms of the separation agreement and shared parenting plan. Usually a time limit is placed on college support for the children.
