Divorce

My wife moved out over 6 years ago. She left the state and I have never heard from her. We had one child together and one which I adopted. How can I file for a divorce?

You must serve her with the papers by certified mail at her last known address, and then ask the court to be able to serve her with divorce by publication in the newspaper. Contact me for more details.
