Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

In my divorce 10 years ago i was to sign the house over to her in a quickclaim deed and she was to refinace the house to take my name off the loan..well..we got back together but never remarried but lived together for the last 9 years..she moved out 1.5 years ago..I have been making all the payments since we bought the house and my question is now that she has moved out and I have moved on with my life..and have found someone I wish to be with..I would like know where i stand legally here in Stark County, Ohio if I sell the house..
