Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

divorce/annullment

I am looking to walk away from my marriage of 5 years. I have no financial obligations in the household, other than my name on the second mortgage loan. I drive a truck that is in my wife's name, and I have no intention of taking it with me. What should I be considering, a divorce or an annullment? Options?

Re: divorce/annullment

Perhaps you should be considering a dissolution instead of divorce. An annullment declares the marriage not to have been valid.
