Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I am divorced. In the divorce decree ex husband was to paid debts incurred while married. One was in my name. He hasnt paid and company says i owe since in my name. Yet it was court ordered he was to pay all debts.What should i do?

In Ohio, if a party to a divorce decree is not living up to the judge's orders, then you need to file a Motion to Show Cause why your ex-husband should not be held in contempt for disobeying the order of the court.
