In Ohio, the Divorce Decree will lay out your rights with regard to the possessions you spoke of. If the divorce decree says that these are your items and that he must turn them over to you, then you can bring a contempt of court proceeding against him for his failure to abide by the court's order. If the Divorce Decree is silent on this matter, then you might want to petition the court for post decree relief to resolve your claims to these items.
