Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I have been divorced for 6 years. Part of the agreement was for me to get half of my ex's 401K . This has not been done yet. He is dragging his feet about this and his attorney will not speak to me because I am not his client. I had no attorney. What can I do about getting my half of the 401K?

You need to get an attorney to represent you to enforce the divorce agreement. His attorney isn't going to do anything unless someone makes him do it.

I would love to represent you in this. Feel free to contact me at [email protected] or 330-447-7634.

I look forward to hearing from you.

You need an attorney to help you because this is a matter that will be worked out though a court order.
