Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

divorce/immigration

I am a Canadian citizen vacationing in Ohio. I wish to establish 6 months residency then obtain a divorce from my Canadian spouse. Please advise me as to what steps i need to do to make this possible. Thank you.

Try just living here for 6 month, but just to be sure contact an immigration atorney to make sure.
