Divorce-Remarriage

I live in Ohio. After divorce proceedings are final is there any time stipulation on when you can get married again?

I have had clients who have left the domestic relations court from their final hearing and went to municipal court to get married to another person by a Judge. The short answer is that there is no waiting period in order to get remarried as long as the decree is final.
