Am i divorcied

I spoke to my ex-husband today for this firdt time in 13 yrs and he thought we where still married and i told him no that he had signed the divorce papers and he said no he didnt we think his mom may have signed them so are we still married?

There are copies of those papers in the domestic court of the county in which the divorce took place. If there are no papers filed, you aren't divorced. If you are not divorced or are not sure, you can get a dissolution fairly inexpensively. If you are in or around Summit County, I would be glad to quote you a price. Best regards, Edward Dicato
