Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I am considering divorcing my husband of 5 1/2 years. In addition to the children we both brought to the marriage, we have a 9-month old daughter. I have been unemployed since October of 2008. I am wanting to know what I am entitled to as far as support/alimony as well as sale of our house etc. I am wondering if I just need to suffer through until my daughter is older and I have time to save some money.

From what you write, it sounds to me as though you need guidance about staying in or going out of your marriage and not advice about how to go about divorcing just yet. You should speak to some professionals. You can start with a counselor or minister. You can also consult with an attorney to learn about the rights and responsibilities of divorced parents.
