Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

DNA testing...

there is a girl that had a baby. she has a boyfriend and had one when we were together. at first she told me she thought the baby was mine and wanted to get a DNA test after it was born. well, now she doesn't want to get a test because she is afraid her boyfriend will leave her if he finds out she cheated and the baby isn't is. she refuses to get a test now and say i'm going to have to take her to court to get one. i want to know what my options are in this situation. i want to know if the baby, who is now born, is mine or not. thanks for any help!

Re: DNA testing...

You need to go to court to determine parentage. There will be a DNA test done to determine if the child is yours or not.
