Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Duvall county Florida terminated my child's rights and also gave us permission to move out of state to Ohio. We have resided in Ohio for over 3 years and now the mother wants to overturn or reverse order. Can this be done in Florida? isn't our ( child and myself ) home state now considered Ohio ?

Under certain circumstances the jurisdiction can be switched to where the child resides with the custodial parent. But both courts have to be informed and approved. I suggest you contact an attorney for this.
