Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
I earn a total of 4622.87 a month before taxes. My fereral, social security, and previous child support totaling 1,660.00 I am requested to pay 466.00 a month in child suport in Hamilton County, Ohio. I was told by the child support enforcement agency this was what she came up with. Is this correct? I do pay for full medical and dental. I'm in the military and also have 1,017.00 being minused for housing.
