Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
Evidentiary Hearing
MY husband and I have been separated for about 7 years now. We have 2 daughters that have been living with me. He said he was going to file for divorce over the summer and actually filed for full custody. I counter filed against him and now I have received papers about an Evidentiary Hearing. What does this mean and what should I take to the hearing with me. (School records, something from my landlord saying that they have been with me etc.)

Re: Evidentiary Hearing
What you need is a lawyer, that means the rules of evidence will apply, which are very complicated.
Re: Evidentiary Hearing
If you are handling this on your own, then as much evidence as you have that shows the kind of parenting you provided, both physically and financially.
