Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My ex-husband and I want to change residential parent but called the court and they couldn't tell us how to do it. We found forms on-line you notarize and file with the courts and don't need a hearing, but they were for Butler county and not Lorain county, which is where we are. Can you advise?

I'm not certain of this, but you might try submitting the pro se mediation form to the court indicating that you wish to change the visitation schedule. I did not see an appropriate form for changing the residential parent in the Butler country website.
